San Bernardino Community College District (SBCCD) construction bids are handled through its construction manager, Tilden Coil Constructors, Inc. There are two ways in which a contractor can bid for opportunities at SBCCD.
The first is by participating in the registration process for SBCCD's Uniform Construction Cost Accounting Procedures (UCCAP) program. If selected for this pool of contractors, your firm's name will be added to our qualified contractors list for a period of one year and may be considered for construction jobs under $125,000 that are informally bid. For more details, please go to the Notice Inviting Qualification.
The second way to participate in SBCCD's extensive construction program is through multiple prime, general contractor or other construction delivery method opportunities occasionally published in the local newspapers and listed here on this web page.
